Our price is based on actual or volumetric whichever is higher. Luggage’s should be measured from ground level to the top
Volumetric (kg)= Length x width x height /5000
Volumetric (Lbs)=Length x width x height/139
FOR EXAMPLE
For instance, if you are shipping a luggage with dimensions of 40cm x 45cm x 50cm, its maximum volume would be calculated as length x breadth x weight/5000, which in this case volumetric weight would be 18kg. Therefore, even if the actual weight of the box is less than 18kg, you will be charged for 18kg.
- In the second case your box have 18kg of volumetric weight but you box contains an item of 25 kg in these case you will be charged for 5kg
